Early Years Practitioner

  • Full time (35 hours a week)
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 4.30pm)
  • Salary is £24,675 per annum
  • Based in St Francis Family Centre, Poplar

St Francis Family Centre has over 35 years’ experience of providing early years education for children. Opening in 1987 we provide outstanding services by working with children from aged two to develop the cognitive, language and social skills they need to thrive.

Based in Polar, Tower Hamlets, an area which has the highest rate of child poverty in the country, we support families and children who are most in need, at no cost to them, to allow them to have the best possible start in life. Our working practices ensure that we work with parents to develop their skills and empower them to play an active role in supporting their children’s education.

The most crucial stage in a child’s development is their first few years of their life. It is vital that children from disadvantaged backgrounds receive the right level of education. Do you want to be a part of the amazing work we do? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join St Francis Family Centre as an Early Years Practitioner.

We offer an excellent package including:

  • Generous employer pension contribution (Up to 11%)
