Welcome to www.cathchild.org.uk (the “Website”). “our”, “we” or “us” refer to the Catholic Children’s Society (Westminster) (for details about us please see the end of these Terms and Conditions).

The content of the Website is owned by Catholic Children’s Society or third parties. No content from the Website may be copied, used or reproduced without our written consent, except where it is used for research and non-commercial use where no consent is required. When you access any other website through the Website you understand that it is independent from Catholic Children’s Society and that we have no control over that website, or the services offered through it.

(c) Catholic Children’s Society shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your use of another website or resource. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
(d) If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to £50. (This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation).

(d) Except in respect of a payment obligation to Catholic Children’s Society, neither you nor Catholic Children’s Society will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your reasonable control.
(e) Failure or delay by either party to enforce an obligation or exercise a right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be a waiver of that obligation or right.
(f) These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights on any person or party (other than you and/or us) pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
