Representatives!
With over 200 Parishes in the Diocese of Westminster, we rely hugely on the work of our Parish Representatives to raise awareness of the Catholic Children’s Society (Westminster) amongst their Parish community. Our Parish Rep’s regularly speak to parishioners about the developments and services provided by the Society as well as organising regular fundraising activities to help continue the services that reach out to some 2500 children and families each year.
In addition, Parish Rep’s display and distribute promotional materials for the various appeals and events held by the Society in their Parish. They receive bi-monthly newsletters from the Society and attend special networking days throughout the year and are invited to the annual Benefactors’ Mass.
Become a Parish Representative:
• Communicate news and updates about the Society to your parish Community
• Motivate interest and build a network of supportive volunteers
• Organising fundraising events, coffee mornings, parish family days and promoting the sale of CCS(W) Christmas cards
