Every year the Catholic Childrens Society
(Westminster) works with 3,000 children and families
of all races and faiths who are experiencing problems
that are affecting their health and hapiness and the
stability of the family.
We believe that every child has the right to a happy
and secure family life, free from the economic and social
pressures which lead o injustice and inequality. We
believe that `families` should be recognised as a unique
stabilising force and that supproting families in crisis
not only helps to avoid the painful and long-term consequences
of individual family breakdown but also helps build
a healthier and stronger society.
We work with Children and families who
face injustice and social, economic and educational
inequalities on a daily basis.
