Job Vacancy: Full-time Administrator – Post Adoption & Aftercare Service

We are looking for an experienced administrator who will have primary responsibility for administrative support to the Post Adoption and After Care Team.  The post holder will work closely with colleagues in providing administrative support to other departments as necessary.

To undertake the role you will need to have experience of dealing directly with the public so being able to communicate appropriately and effectively in both written and verbal capacities is essential. In addition to an excellent telephone manner, you will have a good working knowledge of IT systems, including email, internet and Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word and Excel). You will develop and maintain a wide range of administrative duties including maintaining all office systems, such as databases and spreadsheets, managing the diary, franking post, record keeping and letter writing, as well as ensuring all data is forwarded to relevant parties. An ability to work in an organised, efficient and systematic manner and to be able to work under pressure to conflicting deadlines is essential.

The post is based at our office in North Kensington, London W10.

Salary: £23,781. p.a.
Hours: 35 a week (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).
