A holistic approach to Early Years Provision

Our early intervention support provides nursery education and family services in areas with some of the highest rates of child poverty in the country. Our goal is to ensure that children receive the foundations they need to thrive, regardless of their background. Our holistic approach addresses the diverse needs of both children and parents/carers, creating nurturing environments where families feel supported and empowered.

“The support and connection with other parents is the highlight for us. Being new to the UK, we really enjoy spending time with other families.”

Parent, St. Francis Nursery and Family Centre

The first few years of a child’s life is the most crucial stage in their development. Unfortunately, children from disadvantaged backgrounds frequently start primary school lagging far behind their more affluent peers, with schools rarely able to close this gap.

For all children, our services offer an opportunity to participate in activities that help them to develop physically and gain cognitive, language and social skills, putting them in a stronger position to thrive and achieve their full potential. Engaging with parents and carers through various activities, helps to equip them with the skills and confidence to support their children’s development.
